EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for products with size discrepancies or defects, provided as a store credit in the form of coupon code issued within 24hrs of succesful return, with a 6-month validity of the coupon. In the case of defective items, customers are required to submit a video proof showing the unpacking process within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for an exchange.
General Policy Overview:
Effective April 16th, 2024, our exchange process will be conducted through the issuance of a store credit as coupon code that holds the equivalent value of the exchanged item and is valid for six months. This approach eliminates the immediate need for selecting a replacement item, allowing customers more flexibility in their purchasing decisions. We highly recommend utilizing our boutique customer service prior to placing an order to ensure the accuracy of sizes and product expectations.

Exchange Procedure:
Customers must initiate the exchange process by emailing shopbluebeans@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the delivery, indicating their desire to exchange an item. Customers will be responsible for returning the items by arranging reverse logistics themselves. Items must be returned unworn, with all original tags intact.
Upon successful return, a credit code will be issued, valid for six months and applicable towards any future purchase.
Damaged Items:
Damaged Upon Delivery: If the package or the product is damaged at the time of delivery, the customer must refuse to accept the package and immediately inform us either by emailing shopbluebeans@gmail.com with their Order ID or by DMing us on Instagram @shopbluebeans. We will ensure that a replacement is sent without additional costs.
Defective Items: In the event an item is defective, a video showing the unpacking process must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt. This is necessary to qualify for an exchange. Please remember, refunds are not issued; only store credit as coupon code for future purchases is provided. If customer receives a package in a poor condition or if the package or product is damaged at the time of delivery, the customer must refuse to accept the package and inform us immediately at shopbluebeans@gmail.com by including his/her Order ID in the mail or DM us on Instagram @shopbluebeans. We will ensure that customer receives the same product in perfect condition with no additional cost.
In the rare event of defective items, customers are required to submit a video showing the unpacking process within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for an exchange. Please note, we do not issue refunds, only credit for future purchases. Exchanges or returns are not available for custom-made, altered, or discounted items. Any damage reported after 24 hours from delivery will not be eligible for this provision.
Exclusions:
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for custom-made items, items that have been altered, or items altered at a third-party location. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are also ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they have been shipped, whichever occurs first. Cancellations must be emailed to shopbluebeans@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER <order number>."
Shipping Information:
Domestic orders are delivered within 7-15 working days with a shipping fee of INR 100, waived for orders above INR 1999. International shipping is charged at USD 50, with free shipping for orders exceeding USD 150.
