How Do I Know if my Order has been Placed Successfully?

You will get an automatic confirmation email at your registered email address with your order number and details. If you haven't received the same, kindly check your spam folder. Once the order has dispatched from our warehouse, you will get receive notifications via email and SMS with the dispatch details and tracking ID to follow up your shipment.

How Long does it Take for an Order to get Delivered?

All our standard orders deliver within 8-12 business days. After an order is dispatched, it can take anywhere between 1-4 business days to get delivered. The ETA may differ based on delivery location and the shipping method you've selected.
